Averline Health Products, LLC operates buyneurozen.com on a simple premise: collect little, explain everything. This policy describes what actually happens to information on this portal.

1. What this portal collects

Correspondence you send us (name, email, order number, message content) and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) kept for security and capacity planning. The contact form opens your own email application; nothing you type is stored on this site itself.

2. What this portal does not collect

No payment details, ever; checkout happens on the manufacturer's payment partner, whose own policy governs that step. No advertising trackers, no cross-site pixels, no analytics profiles tied to your identity. The one piece of browser storage we use is a session flag remembering that you dismissed the offer bar, which your browser deletes when the tab session ends.

3. How information is used

To answer your messages, process orders and refunds, investigate verification reports, and keep the portal running securely. That list is exhaustive. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not send marketing email to correspondence addresses.

4. Sharing

Order details move to the fulfillment and checkout partners as needed to ship and to refund, and nowhere else, except where the law compels disclosure. Service providers act under instructions limited to those purposes.

5. Retention

Order correspondence is kept for the guarantee window plus accounting requirements, then deleted on schedule. Server logs rotate on a 90-day cycle.

6. Your rights

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where no legal duty requires keeping it. Requests are answered within 30 days, usually much faster.

7. Children

This portal sells adult dietary supplements and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and we delete any that surfaces.

8. Changes

Material changes to this policy appear here with a new effective date, and the date in the page header is the single source of truth. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
