Shipping and Returns
Neurozen ships only within the United States, only from the authorized 2026 batch, and only through this portal's fulfillment chain. Here is exactly how the box reaches you and how it comes back if it must.
Dispatch and delivery
- Within 1 business day of checkout, your order is picked from lot 0726-BZN-114 stock and the shipping label prints; the tracking number lands in your inbox at that moment.
- 3 to 6 business days is the typical transit window across the continental US, via USPS or UPS ground service depending on your address. PO boxes are fine.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories ship the same way and usually add 2 to 4 days. We do not currently ship internationally, which keeps the supply chain inside one verifiable jurisdiction.
Shipping costs
Free US shipping on the 4-bottle and 8-bottle packages. The 2-bottle starter carries a flat $9.99. There are no handling fees, no surcharges, and no surprise line items at the partner checkout; the totals published on the order page, $158, $207, and $294, are the totals you pay plus that single flat fee where it applies.
If the box arrives damaged or wrong
Photograph the package before opening further, keep everything, and write to [email protected] with your order number. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced at our cost, no return postage required, and the replacement draws from the same documented lot. A bottle with a broken seal or a lot number that fails the verification check is treated with the same urgency.
Returns under the guarantee
Every package carries the 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from delivery. Start with an email, receive the return authorization and address, send back the bottles, opened and empty ones included, and the refund processes within days of receipt.
